RETAIL SHOP ORDERS:

Refuel Design Co. is a small two-person print shop hand printing each and every cozy piece you order. We typically have only one person in the shop and we understand that this may not be for everyone, and that's totally alright! With that being said, our turnaround is almost always 5-7 business days for shipping all in-stock items, and 7-14 business days for all pre-order listings (from the date the pre-order closes), as we do not carry inventory and all pieces are made to order!

CUSTOM BULK ORDERS:

Important: The turnaround time on blank apparel has been EXTENDED DUE TO COVID-19, and the shipping process may take a little longer than normal to arrive at our shop for printing.

Note: If your custom order is being shipped to you, shipping costs are calculated upon completion of your print run as there is no way to quote a confirmed shipping cost prior to packaging your order.

Timeline of completion: We ask that you typically allow 4 weeks (+/-) from the date your order is paid in full (please note: timelines may vary less or more depending on our current booking status). While it does not take us this amount of time to print, this turnaround time accounts for the order and receival of your desired blank apparel, artwork prep, and screen + supply setup as well as printing... each piece is made to order and each customer's order will be completed in the sequence it was received. We know you're wicked excited to receive your apparel, and we're just as excited to see you rocking it!

For sizing on all individual pieces in our shop, please see the "sizing" section under each apparel listing.

We ask that you please ensure the size of all garments are correct upon placing your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sizing on all pieces are a unisex fit, unless stated otherwise. If you prefer an "oversized/loose/baggy" fit, we always suggest sizing up (Example: If you wear a small, for a more relaxed fit, choose to go with a medium instead).

Please be mindful that all garments (including those that state "pre-shrunk") may undergo some degree of shrinkage upon washing/drying your apparel, which is completely normal, as garments made for screen printing contain a high percentage of cotton.

Due to the nature of our products and services, Refuel Design Co. does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not resell previously purchased/sent out items. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the "sizing" listing under each listed item or request a spec sheet for your cusom order.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via the "let's chat" form and we'll be in touch to request a photo of the damage to resolve the issue for you!

Our shop typically prints on Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors and Independent Trading Company garments, most of which are 80%+ cotton unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing.

For custom projects, we also recommend Port & Company and Next Level blanks!

Each and every screen printed garment that leaves our shop is decorated by hand in the 603 (New Hampshire)!

Please note that as each item is printed to order, the screen printed design on each garment may differ slightly in placement.

Screen Printed Merch Care Instructions:

Please note that some degree of shrinkage is normal for all apparel with high cotton content used for screen printing. Please follow these care instructions to increase the longevity of your handcrafted apparel:

• Turn item inside out.
• Do not bleach.
• Machine wash cold only, with like colors.
• Tumble dry on low setting or hang dry for best care!
• Do not iron.
