Return Policy

Retail Orders
Refuel Design Co. LLC does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and services. We do not resell previously purchased/sent out items. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the "sizing" section located in each product description page prior to finalizing your order.

Custom Orders
Due to the nature of our products, custom order cancellations are not permitted after 1 hour of your payment submission. We are a custom shop handcrafting each and every item purchased, and blank apparel is ordered almost immediately after payment has processed.

As each item is handcrafted in our two-person shop, turnaround times are typically around 4 weeks. This turnaround time may vary (+/-) depending on our current booking status, the demand and *stock of the selected item(s), as well as possible delays in shipping via our wholesale supplier.

If you have a question about sizing prior to finalizing your custom order, please feel free to reach out to us and request a spec sheet.

*If stock/inventory issues are incurred via our wholesale supplier, the Customer will be notified immediately with a comparable alternate selection option so not to delay their process, or they may have the option to wait out the delay which may result in an extended turnaround time.

Refunds/Replacements
Refund/replacement eligibility is only permitted in the case of a damaged product or receiving the wrong item, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please e-mail photos of the wrong or damaged item to us here for inspection. If you are approved, your replacement will be sent out as soon as it has been re-printed OR in the case of an unavailable/discontinued item, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment - please note that this may take up to 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) to process with your bank. Normal wear and tear, shrinkage from washing/drying, wrong size/does not fit, makeup stained clothing from trying on, difference in design placement on each garment, are not considered damaged and are not eligible for replacement/refund. Replacement/refund eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Refuel Design Co. LLC.

Please note that as each item is handcrafted, the screen printed design on each garment may differ slightly in placement. Apparel dye/pigment colors (as well as ink color used to print your apparel) may vary slightly per computer/mobile device screen, and are an approximate representation of the physical product (meaning they may not look 100% identical), due to the calibration of your screen and the garment/ink color(s) chosen.
